 "Drop Scones," also called Scotch Pancakes.

Peanut ButterChocolate Chip Cookies 

The ingredients for the recipe included flour, caster sugar (fine sugar}, milk, 2 eggs, cream of tartar, butter, and bi-carbonate soda (baking soda)


4 tablespoons of caster sugar and added it to the eggs

1 1/2 cups of milk

mixing all the wet ingredients together, adding 3 cups of flour

add 2 teaspoons of baking soda and

3 teaspoons of cream of tartar

adding 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the batter


thicker than most pancake mix

scoop  batter onto a buttered pan making small pancake style cakes


when they bubble on the edges and slightly golden brown flip them for once to cook on this other side 2 mins

Combine All Dry Ingredients in a Mixing Bowl

 2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
1 Cup Roasted, Unsalted Peanuts (chopped or whole)
1 Cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips

Stir together all these dry ingredients 
Now Add 
1 Cup (2 sticks) Softened Butter
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

YUM! makes about 5 Dozen cookies 60 in all

and the recipe works well if you want to cut in half.  ENJOY!

If your butter is cut into pats of butter, it will be soft enough to mix 
Turn on your mixing bowl to low speed, starting and stopping and restarting as needed or hand mix.
Spoon down the sides of your mixing bowl to combine dry product with the wet, until all dry and wet Ingredients are completely mixed. 
Stick the bowl of dough in the frig for about 10 minutes  to firm up your Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
After letting your Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough firm in the frig for 10 mins  scoop onto a baking sheet. To make scoops use a tablespoon, melon baller or ice cream scoop. 
i find that a coffee scoop works perfectly
Makes 5 Dozen Cookies (about 60 cookies) and the recipe can be split right down the middle to half recipe for around 30 cookies if you Like

Use your thumb for old fashion and a fork for gourmet

crosshatch imprint then bake for 10 minutes and cool on

paper towel or wire cooling rack

2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar

Pre-Heat Oven to 375 F.
